DERMAL FILLERS

DERMAL FILLERS

Dermal fillers involve the use of naturally occurring protein gels that restore volume, elasticity and hydration and reduce fine lines and wrinkles

GET IN TOUCH

These products contain naturally-occurring protein gels identical to those found in our skin.
They are injected into varying areas and depths of facial tissues – depending on the desired objective.
Our entire range of volume-enhancing products are made in a sterile laboratory.
Lasting up to 18 months they are a subtle, yet powerful way to restore volume loss to correct facial proportions.
The photo's below look at individual areas, although the best results are achieved, taking in the overall appearance and correcting more than one area.

Lip'S

Some of us are born with naturally full, plump, and beautiful lips. The rest of us have to work at it.
As with most parts of the face, proportion and symmetry are important.
In our range of available filler products (we stock 14 different ones). The softer products are generally more suitable for the lip as this gives a more natural look and feel. Sometimes we do use a firmer product when we need to outline the lip's, to create a desirable feature like the "Cupid’s Bow"
Younger patients wanting a small amount of volume to enhance the lips might require less than 1 mL; older patients with normal age-related volume loss might need 1mL or more, over a couple of treatment sessions. This allows the product to naturally incorporate and integrate with the tissues, producing a subtle improvement in a gradual way that doesn’t make it seem obvious.
Cost: from $485 / 1 mL

CHEEK'S

The well-defined cheekbone is a hallmark of a beautiful, youthful face. Over time, the bones reduce in prominence, the fat is lost from around the eyes we then can look a little hollow around the eyes. It is the first area to show the signs of ageing and can be effectively treated with volume enhancing dermal filler gels.
For younger patients who like a more defined and striking cheekbone a firmer product can be used.
Expect the effect to last up to 18 months, depending on which product is selected.
Cost: from $560 / 1 mL

UNDER EYES

Patients are often unhappy with the darkness that can appear underneath their eyes as they age, which can make them look tired or run-down when they are not.
With a soft gel that cannot be felt to the touch, we can increase the volume of tissue supporting the thin skin of the lower eyelid and reduce the appearance of the dark circles.
The other area which sometimes requires treatment is the upper eye area – to raise the tail of the eyebrow and to reduce the hollowing around the eye that some people experience
Cost: from $485 / 1 mL

CHIN

For many people a slight refining of the chin can improve the overall shape of the face and strengthen the jawline.
A firmer gel dermal filler is placed deep down, near bone, to achieve a very natural result in look and feel.
This treatment applies equally well to men and women, although the placement of the product and the amount will vary between people and genders.
Cost: from $560 / 1 mL

NOSE

In the past the only way to change the appearance of the nose was with a formal, surgical rhinoplasty (nose-job). Now with the availability of highly bio-compatible, and temporary, gel products we can sculpt the nose to improve the symmetry.
This ‘non-surgical rhinoplasty’ is unable to reduce the size of the nose, but is useful for gentle corrections of nasal appearance that require no down time and minimal risk.
Cost: from $665 / 1 mL

MOUTH

Not just for treating the vertical lines on the top lip (‘smoker’s lines’ – even if you’ve never smoked!), dermal fillers can improve and additionally support the corners of the mouth. This is an area that can be problematic for people – often being told they look unhappy, sad, or that they are frowning.
Cost: from $560 / 1 mL
